Loved our great little rooms in this hotel.

Quaint accommodation, the breakfast was reasonably good, stunning location close to the synagogue. The staff was caring, very friendly, and responded promptly to requests. Booked a room with great views of the town. The bathroom was clean, with hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets. Very good stay, we were there for 5 days.

The hotel is fairly clean with generous breakfasts and incredibly nice staff. There is an excellent restaurant.

The whole hotel was reasonably clean and the staff was really helpful. Had charming little room with a great view of the florence synagogue for a very very good stay. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Museo Marino Marini. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away. The service was great throughout our stay. Everything was simply very good.

It was in a good location near the city center where walking tours are starting, and all main attractions. Toast and cheese were great as well as the drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. The room decor was a bit dated, but still clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to fix any issues that arose. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel has a great location, right next to kosher supermarket and kosher restaurant. 10 minute walk from city center. The rooms very clean and neat and an excellent breakfast.

Air conditioner was noisy. No shower stall, just a hose on the wall in the bathroom. Much like Japanese business hotels that I have stayed in. Because of location, choice of restaurants in walking distance are limited.

This is a small hotel very close by the Old magnificent Jewish Synagauge. It is also close to one of the stops of the "hop on hop off" Florence tour bus. The latter is a convenient and cheap way to move about in Florence, in addition to its declared purpose. The staff at hotel Arizona was very friendly, attending to all our needs and requests. A/C worked fine, a must given the noisy little street outside. The youngsters and bike/car noise went well into the little hours of the night. Breakfast was more than adequate.

We did not particularly appreciate the carpeted floors that tend to accumulate dust and dirt with time, no matter how much effort you invest in their cleaning. In a busy modest hotel we much prefer a tiled floor.

A suite has basic facilities you need. Nice touch to have a storage and a carpet.

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the city, close to local piazza Sant Ambrogio and just a short walk from the famous Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the sights and is within walking distance of the Santa Maria Novella Station, making it easy to travel to Pisa and Siena. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served is delicious and varied, offering a great start to the day. the hotel provides great facilities such as a refrigerator in the room and a safe lock for valuable items.

The only downside is the occasional noise from the street in the morning, but it's a minor inconvenience considering the overall positive experience.
